About

The FX-Y is the result of our aspiration to provide Armed Forces with a VTOL UAS capable of performing aerial surveillance of surface activities during both, daylight and darkness, in a typical worldwide military field operating conditions, providing NATO compliant interoperability

It is a complete system, based on a ruggedized six-rotor VTOL air-vehicle.  Integrated with various payloads and a secure ground control station, it is a complete solution in a very easy managed and operated system. It is topped off with a state of the art encrypted communications link which includes soldier-comms relay functionality.

It is supported by the integrated logistics support required to operate and maintain the system throughout its lifetime. Robot Aviation team has worked hard to create a system that is safe to use, same time providing the highest level of mobility at a competitive cost.

FX-Y is built on extensive field experience and our NATO STANAG expertise on command and control of multiple sensors in controlled environment. The system provides stabilized live video and metadata with geo-reference and auto-tracking.

SkyRobotTM FX-Y is fully autonomous UAS based on a ruggedized six-rotor VTOL air- vehicle designed for professional surveillance, military ISR and target acquisition missions. This system is integrated with EO/IR gimbal, secure ground control station and state-of-the-art encrypted communications link that includes soldier-comms relay functionality while providing human detection range of 3km and vehicle detection range of 6km.

Integration

SkyRobotTM FX-Y can be supplied as integration module to provide unmanned aerial vehicle capability and support for armored vehicles and boats.

Autonomy

SkyRobotTM FX-Y is pre-programmed to fly an missions automatically via a point-and-click graphical user interface and can also be flown manually by hand controller as needed

Training and support

SkyRobotTM FX-Y training program covers all aspects of operation, maintenance, pre-flight and post-fight procedures. SkyRobotTM FX-Y customers are supplied with comprehensive user manuals and on demand custom support

  • Mini rugged GCS allows user to plan missions, direct the flight of the aircraft, control the gimbal, and land the UAV in fully autonomous, semi-autonomous and manual modes. This GCS features 10,1” multi touch screen, 4 hours battery life, 128GB SSD internal storage, HID joysticks for manual control, IP65 environmental protection, WiFi, LTE, Bluetooth and weighs only 1,2kg.
